Where should we start?
Executive AI training is the primary entry point. It gives leaders a shared way to judge where AI helps, where it fails, and what must stay under human control. Coaching or consulting can follow when the need is more individual or strategic.
What happens in a training consultation?
Bring one leadership responsibility or team challenge. Guillaume will understand the context, recommend the smallest useful training format, and say plainly when coaching, consulting, or no engagement is the better fit.
What training formats are available?
Formats include executive intensives, leadership-team sessions, role-based workshops, and ongoing learning. The format is shaped around the audience, responsibilities, and working context rather than a fixed course catalogue.
What is the difference between training, coaching, and consulting?
Training builds shared capability across a leadership group. Coaching helps one executive improve how they work with AI. Consulting addresses operating choices, governance, priorities, and adoption across the organisation.
Do we need to be technical?
No. Guillaume explains the system in plain language and works from responsibilities your leaders already understand. Technical depth is added only when it helps a decision.
Where are you based? Do you work internationally?
Guillaume is based in Houston, Texas, and works with executives internationally. Most work can run remotely, with on-site training available by arrangement.
Do you build custom agents and automations?
Yes, selectively. Delivery is secondary to training and strategy. A build makes sense only when the workflow, owner, value, and verification path are clear.
Do you publish prices?
Training and consulting are scoped around the audience, responsibilities, and delivery format. The first consultation establishes that context before a proposal is written.
How is Number6 different from a larger consultancy?
