Use the work in front of you.
Training starts with the decisions, documents, meetings, and responsibilities already on your desk. That is where useful skill is built.
Founder-led by Guillaume Moigneu
Number6 helps executives and leadership teams build practical AI capability without handing the thinking to a junior team.
Meet Guillaume
Guillaume Moigneu / Houston
Guillaume has spent more than 20 years building and explaining technology. His work has moved through web engineering, developer experience, cloud infrastructure, and now applied AI.
He has spoken at conferences on four continents and works at the point where technical possibility meets executive responsibility. The job is to make the system clear enough to use, question, and direct.
Number6 stays intentionally founder-led. You work with Guillaume in the training room, in coaching, and through the hard decisions that follow.
The practice
The work is direct because executive adoption is not a handoff problem. It needs context, trust, and someone willing to say when AI is the wrong answer.
Training starts with the decisions, documents, meetings, and responsibilities already on your desk. That is where useful skill is built.
AI can prepare, compare, draft, and search. A named person still sets direction, checks the output, and owns the result.
Executives do not need a wall of technical language. They need to know what the system does, where it fails, and how to use it responsibly.
A custom agent is sometimes the answer. Often the better first move is training, a clearer workflow, or a tool the team already has.
How Number6 works
The conversation, training, coaching, and strategy work stay with the founder. You do not repeat the context to a delivery chain.
Sessions can run remotely or on site. The practice works with leaders across industries and time zones, wherever the responsibility sits.
Work together
Bring the responsibilities, decisions, and workflows that matter. We will shape the training around them.
